Returns & Exchanges

At Pool Day, we want you to feel confident in your summer wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please ensure all swimwear is returned with the hygienic liner intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn apparel and accessories in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
